Payment must be successfully completed through the payment methods made available by QAVONIX or its authorized payment providers.

3. Product Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and other product information are accurate.

However, minor differences may occur between product images displayed online and the actual product due to screen settings, manufacturing variations, printing processes, or other factors.

For customized products, customers are responsible for providing accurate customization details and suitable design files where applicable.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

QAVONIX reserves the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including product availability issues, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect information, or other legitimate business reasons.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 2 working days

Estimated delivery time is 8–10 working days after the order has been processed, subject to the destination, courier service, product availability, and other circumstances.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us regarding a return inquiry within 2 days of receiving the product.

Customized or personalized products may have different return eligibility depending on the circumstances of the return. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before placing an order.

For customer-submitted designs, the customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use the design.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QAVONIX will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our store or products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or purchases from QAVONIX shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.

11. Changes to These Terms

QAVONIX may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
